DVRT Flow Fridays!

The DVRT Ultimate Sandbags are an integral part of my coaching program. Whether with private clients, or in a group setting, I always use the sandbags. The most important part of exercise in my opinion is to understand how and why your body moves the way it does. Maybe there are some compensations you need to address, or hypermobility, perhaps you are working on improving your squat or your deadlift – it honestly doesn’t seem to matter what you are trying to achieve, I always know I can use the Ultimate Sandbag as part of the solution.

And then there is always the fun stuff, everybody likes to do the sexy moves, and the Around The World exercise really delivers some bang for your buck.

Master Chief DVRT Instructor Steve Di Tomaso from Envision Fitness, complied this wonderful flow today and I loved how it felt. Every Friday you are going to see a flow posted on Instagram and Facebook – so feel free to jump in on the action!!
